Our brand-new KKB club is moving fast: six construction milestones already completed, the top roofing is coming next, and the public WC & shower area is now in final finishing. This facility is designed for both champions and beginners—with safe training spaces, proper ventilation, and community-friendly amenities. 🇰🇭🔥

1. Project Overview & Vision 🏗️

The KKB Kun Khmer Club (Battambang) is being built to elevate Khmer boxing with a safe, modern, and culturally respectful training environment. It follows a smart, linear site plan (street → training bays → ring → garden → housing/facilities), balancing flow, safety, shade, and airflow. Our aim is to support fighters, community members, and beginners with proper infrastructure and coaching.

2. The 6 Stages Completed ✅

🧱 Perimeter & foundation works – ground preparation, footings, and main layout alignment.
🏗️ Primary columns & framing – structural posts for training bays and ring area.
🧰 Floor base & drainage planning – safe, level surfaces with smart water flow.
🚪 Gate & access control – secure entry with Khmer identity and proper signage.
🔌 Rough electrical & lighting routes – pathways prepared for safe illumination and sockets.
🚿 Facilities core – WC & shower walls erected, plumbing rough-ins positioned.

This means the backbone is ready for rapid finishing. Next: roof installation for shade & weather protection, then tiling & fixtures in the public WC/shower area so members can train comfortably year-round.

3. What’s Next: Roofing & Public WC/Showers 🛠️

🛡️ Top Roof Covering: installing a 4 m high cover over key bays for ventilation, shade, and rain protection.
🚻 Public WC & Showers: final plumbing, tiling, anti-slip finishes, privacy partitions, and signage for men/women.
✅ Safety Finalization: night lighting, clear circulation paths, and proper drainage.
